What to wear for Jarrold Ladies Day on 4th June?

It can be a tough decision when it comes to the outfit for the Ladies Day. Here, at the racecourse, we are quite relaxed on the dress code on other race meetings, however, we feel that Ladies Day is one meeting where everyone attending should make an effort and dress to the nines.  If you got your badges for the annual Ladies Day at Fakenham Races this year, but not sure what to wear – we got some help!

Florrie Dunn, Personal Stylist at Jarrold  says …

“For Ladies Day at the Races, I would choose this stunning g ‘Mint’ Ted Baker dress (2). It’s simple but elegant and allows you to be bold with accessories, although with this lace detail neckline on the dress you don’t need to worry about finding a suitable necklace.

For a chilly day to go with the dress I’d suggest the Ted Baker long line jacket (3). It adds detail and the colours in the floral print allow you to play around with different coloured accessories. I choose cobalt blue – a pop of strong colour which is great for early summer. It’s a real statement look which enhances the floral print but keeps it subtle and feminine. The fascinator style hat from Hat Studio by Failsworth (1), teamed with a silver clutch from Olga Berg (5) that ties in with the diamantes in the fascinator and stunning cobalt blue court shoes from L.K.Bennett (6).”
