The first-floor seats from 25 to 110 people for a formal Dinner and up to 200 people for an informal Buffet/Cocktail Party/Supper.

The new catering team from The Crown Inn at East Rudham, offer first class catering tailored to your individual needs. The ground floor has a fully stocked bar and can accommodate up to 250 people for dancing or drinks party.

Fakenham Racecourse provides the perfect venue for Memorial Teas and Wakes. The Prince of Wales Stand offers unrivalled facilities with spectacular views overlooking the racecourse and grounds.

The First Floor seats from 25 to 110 people or up to 200 people for an informal buffet. The Ground Floor has a fully stocked bar and can accommodate up 250 people for a buffet.  Full disabled facilities are available on both floors. Unlimited car parking is adjacent to the Prince of Wales Stand.

Hire charges start from £200 + VAT for Ground Floor and £250 + VAT for the whole of the First Floor.

Fakenham Racecourse offers a unique venue for your coach party. Whether it’s for one of the National Hunt Race Meetings, a lunch to accompany a visit to Thursford Christmas Show, a stop for lunch or afternoon tea whilst on a day trip to the North Norfolk coast, a visit to the shrine at Walsingham or one of the many nearby stately homes, the Prince of Wales Stand offers unrivalled facilities. We can comfortably facilitate 2 x 52 seater coaches at the same time and provide direct access to the front door upon disembarking the coach. The racecourse has an adequate toilet facilities as well for large groups.

Our catering team from The Crown Inn at East Rudham are able to offer first class catering tailored to your individual needs.

The racecourse is only a 10-minute walk from Fakenham Town Centre. This could allow your guests to sample the delights of our weekly Thursday Market or our monthly Farmers Market before lunch.

We offer all coach parties of 20 or more a 15% discount on entry to all our National Hunt Race Meetings with coach drivers being free of charge.
