The Prince of Wales Stand offers unrivalled facilities with spectacular views overlooking the racecourse and grounds. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, christening or wake the Racecourse team is at hand to help you plan an exciting and fun event for you and your guests.

The first-floor seats from 25 to 110 people for a formal dinner and up to 200 people for an informal buffet/cocktail party/supper.

The ground floor has a fully stocked bar and can accommodate up to 250 people for dancing or drinks party.

Hire charges start from £225 + VAT for an evening for either upstairs or downstairs (2024 rates).

The Pavilion is a lovely smaller venue for groups up to 16 seated or 30 standing.

The Cool Roxy is a slightly larger venue split into two sections that can accommodate up to around 70.

Fakenham Racecourse offers a unique venue for your coach party. Whether it’s for one of the National Hunt Race Meetings, a lunch to accompany a visit to Thursford Christmas Show, a stop for lunch or afternoon tea whilst on a day trip to the North Norfolk coast, a visit to the shrine at Walsingham or one of the many nearby stately homes, the Prince of Wales Stand offers unrivalled facilities.

We can comfortably facilitate 2 x 52 seater coaches at the same time and you can disembark the coach at the front door with hardstanding parking adjacent to the building.

The building is fully accessible with a lift to the first floor.

Our catering team from The Crown Inn at East Rudham are able to offer first class catering tailored to your individual needs.

The racecourse is only a 10-minute walk from Fakenham Town Centre. This could allow your guests to sample the delights of our weekly Thursday Market or our monthly Farmers Market before lunch.

We offer all coach parties of 20 or more a 15% discount on entry to all our National Hunt Race Meetings with coach drivers being free of charge.
