IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TICKETS 

If you purchase tickets online you MUST bring your e-ticket with you and show it at the relevant gate to be scanned, either in a printed format or on your phone. If you purchase several tickets in one transaction, please ensure that you print or can show ALL e-tickets (one ticket per person). Once at the Racecourse, please make your way to the appropriate gate for your ticket – E-ticket gates will be clearly signposted.  Once scanned, you will be presented with a relevant badge to allow entry. Your tickets cannot be scanned twice or transferred to another meeting.

When arriving at the racecourse, we recommend you use the Pudding Norton entrance (Postcode NR21 7NA) 

For the events with Course Enclosure, we recommend you use the Gallow Sports Centre entrance (Postcode NR21 7NY)

Accessible Needs & Companion Admission

Admission tickets for racegoers with accessible needs and their companions, are sold on a two-for-one basis at the standard price for the relevant enclosure (companion goes free).

Dogs

Dogs are welcome at the Racecourse, but must be well behaved and kept on a short lead at all times.

We do not allow dogs onto any of the stands or steppings, and they are not permitted in any of the restaurants or bars, unless assistance dogs.

Do please make sure that you clear up behind them too.

Group Bookings

Group booking tickets can be purchased online in advance of the race day you wish to attend.

10 – 20 people = 10% discount

20+ people = 15% discount

Coaches should use NR21 7NY for entrance and parking

Car Parks

Members car park – £8.00
Other car parks – FREE

For all race goers, Member car park, Owners, Trainers, Jockeys and Horse boxes – please use Pudding Norton entrance (Postcode NR21 7NA)

For those accessing the Lancaster Room and centre of course parking – please use Gallow Sports Centre entrance (Postcode NR21 7NY)

Buses

Buses run regularly between Kings Lynn and Fakenham as well as between Norwich and Fakenham.  If you arrive by train from elsewhere, we do not put on a racecourse bus as there isn’t sufficient requirement, however we encourge you to use public transport.  We are only a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop in Fakenham.

Norwich to Fakenham / Return – The First Bus Yellow bus line X29 offers regular buses between the Fakenham Central Cinema and Norwich.
